Welcome to Hong Kong

Welcome Message from Consul General Stephen Young

I would like to extend a warm personal welcome to our Fulbright U.S. Scholars, who are teaching and conducting research projects here in Hong Kong this academic year. I would also like to send my best wishes to the Fulbright Hong Kong Scholars, who are traveling to the U.S. to begin their work. Together you will create new cultural and educational exchange opportunities, which will further enhance the decades-old bond of friendship and mutual understanding between the people of the U.S., Hong Kong and Macau.
